Because Baiki has just launched its latest album (Do it yourself) in France.

Because Baiki can play anywhere : in a bar, a festival, a garden party, a street market, in a football stadium, on a narrow boat, a cruiser or even in a concert venue.

Because the members of the group are extremely friendly people.

Because Baiki never damages anything (on purpose). To this day, we don’t have a single exploded sound system to report, no obliterated concert venue, nor do we have a single casualty on our conscience.

Because Baiki already has had lorry loads of juicy contracts with concert organisers (see Previous concerts) and that no-one can claim a bankruptcy following one of our gigs.

Because when on stage, Baiki always uses the local language, which is just so nice for the locals (isn’t it just ?)

Because certain members of Baiki are on a diet (since they started putting on weight after quitting smoking). This implies that these hedonistic musicians certainly enjoy their meals, though they don’t necessarily expect an orgy.

Because Baiki always tune their instruments before playing.

Because Baiki has developed the fine art of telling tragic stories in exotic languages and with a smile.

Because Baiki have managed to blend so many different musical styles that even the major labels have not hesitated to describe Baiki’s music as being all over the place.
